Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. To find out how much your shipping will cost, simply add the items you want to your cart and proceed to checkout. Shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your order.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over 800. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout for qualifying orders.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. Standard shipping usually takes between 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost and usually takes between 7-10 business days.

Order Tracking

Lost or Stolen Packages

Plumage Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
